Tonight’s Jhanak episode opens with Aniruddha urging Arshi to change her behaviour if she wants to continue living with him, emphasising that he will always stand for justice. Tanuja confronts Aniruddha, accusing him of ruining Arshi’s life, while Laal accuses him of keeping Arshi confined like a prisoner. However, Aniruddha firmly states that Arshi is free to make her own choices.
Shubu intervenes, declaring that Arshi will not leave the house. Aniruddha counters, stating it’s not his fault if Arshi isn’t happy with him. Laal pressures Aniruddha to reconsider his stance and make efforts to keep Arshi content. Anjana approaches Aniruddha with food, but he refuses to eat and retreats to his room. Shubu laments that his son has defied him, while Tanuja remarks that Aniruddha has been influenced by Jhanak and Brij Bhushan.
The next day, Kajol brings vegetables for Anuradha, who questions the gesture. Lalon explains that Kajol brought the vegetables because she knows about his job loss, but Kajol clarifies that it’s simply a token of gratitude for the meals she has shared with them. Apu informs Kajol that the contractor absconded with Lalon’s money. Kajol mentions offering to seek help from her parents, but Lalon had declined.
Meanwhile, Brij Bhushan prepares Jhanak for her court appearance, asking if she’s nervous. Jhanak admits her fear of losing him, but Brij Bhushan reassures her that Aniruddha supports her. Jhanak, however, insists that Aniruddha belongs to Arshi. Brij Bhushan advises her to remain composed in court. She resolves to speak the truth, regardless of the consequences. He warns her that she might need Aniruddha’s support in the future, but Jhanak dismisses his concern and shifts focus to their plans to move to Mumbai after the verdict.
In another scene, Anuradha praises Apu’s kind gesture. However, Jimli expresses her frustration, accusing the family of treating her differently from Apu. Anuradha confronts Jimli about her sudden outburst, while Lalon defends himself, saying he’s always been fair. Apu offers Jimli sweets to ease the tension, but Jimli rejects the gesture, calling it insincere. She complains that Apu receives special treatment, leaving Apu hurt. Jimli storms off, leaving Kajol to promise to speak with her later.
In court, Mr Roy calls Jhanak to the witness box and questions her about disappearing on her shoot day. Jhanak explains that she was informed by a production boy that Aniruddha had fallen from the stairs. She recounts how Aditya arranged a car for her, but she later realised Tejas was driving.
Jhanak reveals that she became frightened, screamed, and was then rendered unconscious by a spray used by the production boy. She states that she doesn’t recall what happened next but managed to survive.
Shubu sarcastically applauds her story, questioning its plausibility and accusing her of lying. Jhanak fires back, accusing Shubu of distorting the truth. Shubu claims that Aditya was with Jhanak and pushed her car. Mr Roy dismisses Shubu’s claims and summons the production boy, Anurag, to the stand.
Back at home, Anuradha warns Jimli to stop her accusations or face consequences. Kajol tries to reason with Jimli, reminding her that they have always shared simple meals. Jimli retorts that Kajol doesn’t understand her feelings. Lalon steps in, pointing out that Jimli and Apu are different individuals. Jimli mockingly apologises for her behaviour but remains upset.
In court, Anurag admits to assisting Tejas for money and reveals the details of Tejas’s plan. He presents evidence implicating Srishti in the scheme. Jhanak confirms that Anurag was present in her car, supporting his claims. Meanwhile, Brij Bhushan grows anxious about Kul Bhushan’s absence.
